BLNC Holistic · Coaching by Jon Villani

I used to sell
you a high.
Now I help you
build a balanced body.

No incense, no "just manifest it" — just an ex-hustler who got honest, got certified, and will crack a joke while you do the hard part. Six foundations — how you think, breathe, move, eat, drink and sleep — and the unglamorous work of getting them to stop fighting each other. Pick your way in.

Yang · Think · Breathe · Move
Yin · Eat · Hydrate · Sleep
Do-ing and receiving. Skip either half and the whole thing wobbles.

Six foundations.
One body.

Most coaches pick a lane — breathwork, lifting, meal plans — and act like the rest doesn't exist. Your body didn't get the memo. Three foundations are about what you do (yang). Three are about what you take in and recover with (yin). Run one half without the other and you're either burnt out or really well rested for nothing.

YangWhat you do
Thinking

What you rehearse

Your nervous system can't tell a real threat from a thought you've replayed 400 times. We work on what's running in the background, not just what you post about.

Breathing

The fast lever

Most people breathe like they're being chased, all day, then wonder why they're wired and tired. Functional breathwork is the quickest way to change how you feel — and it's one piece of six.

Moving

Posture & movement

Not "stand up straight for the photo." Real postural and movement assessment — how you sit, load and carry yourself when nobody's watching, which is most of the day.

YinWhat you take in & recover with
Nutrition

Food as information

Not another 6-week meal plan you'll white-knuckle through. What you eat talks to every system in your body — we build something you can actually keep doing.

Hydration

More than a water bottle

Quality, minerals and timing — not just ounces. Half the "brain fog" and "low energy" people bring me is dehydration wearing a disguise.

Sleep

Where the work lands

Sleep, circadian rhythm and the quiet — the stuff people cut first when life gets busy, which is exactly backwards. You don't get stronger in the gym. You get stronger recovering from it.

Wrong side of it,
then all the way
through it.

Jon Villani, founder of BLNC Holistic — Licensed CHEK Professional and Oxygen Advantage Functional Breathing Specialist

I spent years selling people a feeling that came with a comedown attached. Turns out I'm still in the "help people feel better" business — I just changed the product, and I stopped charging them their health for it. That's where BLNC Holistic came from.

I'm Jon Villani, the guy behind BLNC. Certified CHEK Practitioner and Oxygen Advantage Functional Breathing Specialist, which is a fancy way of saying: I know how the body actually works, and I know how to get someone thinking, breathing, moving, eating and sleeping like a functioning adult instead of a panicked one.

I swear sometimes. I'll joke about my own mistakes before I ever joke about yours. And I'm not interested in you performing "wellness" for me — I'm interested in you actually feeling better, even if that takes longer than a 10-day cleanse promises. That's the "holistic" in BLNC Holistic — the whole person, not a highlight reel.

Postural & Movement Assessment
Reformed, not reinvented

The joke's on the situation, or on me. Never on your pain. If you're going through it, I'm not the guy who makes you feel small for struggling.

But I'm also not going to tiptoe. If it's ridiculous, I'll say it's ridiculous. Self-exploration works better with some levity in it — the "sit in stillness and honor your journey" routine can strangle the actual joy out of getting better.

Safe to be yourself here. Just don't expect me to be precious about it.

I first approached Jon wanting to explore balance and more skill-based exercise strategies — my training was lacking in these arenas. I was impressed and surprised by the depth of how Jon assessed my posture, mobility, and overall conditioning. The programming was manageable, and I was surprised to see my posture metrics shift positively for how little effort it felt like I was putting in. My favorite parts were the balance work, rope flow, and rotational movement — my early frustration turned into something that felt like play. A key point of value was learning just how bad my diet actually was; making my eating habits recorded and transparent gave me insights that will probably add real length to my health span. I got way more out of this than what I paid for. Jon is a patient teacher, and I'll be looking forward to starting another program with him.
